The uber-succesful Hollywood production couple has sold their Midtown West apartment inside 120 Central Park South. The couple, known for Schindler’s list, The Sixth Sense, Back to the Future, Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones, Star Wars and E.T., listed the apartment in September with an asking price of $3.595 million. The buyer obviously had good taste as the quite, nice apartment was sold a little over the asking price, for $3.62 million.

We have no idea where the Kennedy/Marshalls might be moving, but they certainly don't lack for posh properties in which to shack up. Property records reveal that in addition to their big house, they're selling to the Wilson/Hanks, they also own a ski house in Telluride, CO, and an ocean front house on Malee-boo's star-lined Broad Beach Road.

We don’t know whether the couple aims to buy a new NYC apartment or decided to have no NYC place, but who could NOT want to live in the husstle and bussle of it all? We'll be seeing them again.

The couple bought the pad in 2007 for $2.69 million and had it re-designed by Luis Ortega. The 1625-square-foot, 6-room, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bedroom apartment has a very large open living room with a nice bar area and direct views of Central Park. Ohhhh, I want to live there!!

Eva Marie Bozsik and Nina De Rovira of the Corcoran Group brokered the deal. The buyers are Richard Manuel Esteves and Donna Margaret Esteves. That's another story. =)
