New Manager for Trump Place at 120 Riverside Boulevard

The management at 120 Riverside Boulevard has been quietly replaced with AKAM Living Service as Trump’s contract had expired. Trump has been ousted as manager and residents are quite unhappy about how the change of power took place.

According to residents of the building, no one residing there was consulted, and they were disappointed that a white glove building like the Trump Place didn’t show any transparency in the switch of management.

The Real Deal reports that residents may try and oust the board, as the board was responsible for the replacement.

Trump Place is a luxury condominium built in 2005, take a wild guess as to who built it. Although it's a new building, Trump Place doesn’t skimp on the old-school white-gloved service one expects from a Trump residence. Just a bit of a pity that the board apparently could not have cared less about informing its residents about the new management.
