Nicole Kidman sells her $16 million Apartment in Greenwich Village

A recent rumor about Nicole Kidman is that she is upset that a building, designed by Richard Meier, is going to ruin her luxury view of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty, from her apartment at 176 Perry Street. Currently it is hearsay, but the new owner of the apartment doesn’t care about a restricted view in the future.

The apartment itself was never officially on sale and the agent Richard Orenstein, who initially put the apartment on the market as a rental for $45,000, declined to give any information about the mysterious sale. As Nicole and her husband Keith Urban own another apartment in Manhattan they won’t have to worry about having a home in the city. Their other apartment is a beautiful penthouse at 200 Eleventh Avenue.
