“The Walking Dead” star Norman Reedus has bought the penthouse at 136 Baxter Street in Little Italy for $3.8 million. Just this January, Norman sold his 1,558-square-foot, two-bedroom apartment in the same building for $2.08 million. His new duplex penthouse has 2,579 square feet, two bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a home office.

With its minimalistic modern design, the penthouse features a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, which opens out onto the 669-square-foot terrace. Additional features include exposed 10-foot timber beams in the bedrooms and red oak flooring throughout.

The red-brick building was constructed in 1915 and served primarily as a warehouse until 2007 when it was meticulously restored and converted into 14 condominiums. It’s located at the crossroads of four neighborhoods: Chinatown, SoHo, NoLita, and Little Italy. The building has currently only one apartment on the market—a 2,600-square-foot loft on the fourth floor for $4.195 million.
