Rosie O’Donnell Lists Second Property of the Summer

Looks like Rosie O’Donnell is taking a page out of arch-enemy-business-magnate Donald Trump’s book and playing the real estate game. Since listing her 3,202-square foot duplex for a whopping $11 million earlier this July, Rosie is ready to end the month by dropping her 2-bedroom condo in the 43-story Platinum near Times Square at 246 West 46th Street.

Rosie initially purchased the property in 2008 for $2 million and is listing the property for a mere $2.5 million through the Corcoran Group. With indoor parking, in-building golf simulation room, state-of-the-art fitness center, courtyard, lounge, and private rooftop cabanas in addition to personal floor-to-ceiling windows, limestone bathroom, hardwood floors, and sleek kitchen, O’Donnell certainly knows how to live in style. 

And this is just New York City. O’Donnell sold her waterfront Miami Mansion in June for $12,675,000. We’re not sure why she chose to leave her neighbors like seven-time Grammy winner Gloria Estafan or Sean Combs, but maybe her Real Housewives of Miami neighbors were too much for her? 

Rosie’s 2-bedroom condo is certainly too small for her family with wife Michelle Rounds and five children, but it’s a mystery why she’s dumping so many of her other properties.
