40 Park Avenue is a 19-story building, first erected in 1940, but converted in 2008. The luxury mid-rise building offers luxury apartment laden in features and amenities. The beige-brick building features were designed by famed designer, Emery Roth. Roth is responsible for a number of the buildings in the Park Avenue, Murry Hill area.
40 Park Avenue features a canopied front entrance. Above that eyes are going to find an articulated façade laden in balconies and a number of setback terraces. Inside the units feature oversized windows that allow ample natural lighting to flow into the units. These windows also provide excellent views of the neighborhood and city.
