50 Orchard Street is a new construction in Lower East Side. The first phase of construction consisted of eight floors with nine condominiums, the second phase consisted of a 10-story addition, with two condominium residences per floor. The façade of the building features a fenestration pattern and colors which vary from light yellow, to beige, to pale grey-green. 50 Orchard Street was developed by Voyager Management and features the well-known Michael Muroff as the architect.
