61 Fifth Avenue is a mixed-use 10-story building designed by Alta Indelman, with retail space on the ground floor and spacious condominium apartments on the upper floors. The building's exterior features a custom-detailed limestone and brick design that blends well with the lower 5th Avenue neighborhood. It is LEED certified and includes three duplexes and one triplex covering the top three floors.
Originally built in 1938, the building was home to Schraff's luncheonette and has a unique history as a location for street art. The building is located in the heart of Greenwich Village, one of New York's most desirable neighborhoods known for its rich history, artistry, shopping, dining, cultural entertainment, nightlife, and nearby public transportation.
