The Hamilton Park consists of luxurious one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences as well as full-floor residences. AIA award–winning architect Michael Schmitt transformed and renovated two Renaissance Revival buildings into the modern residences of the Hamilton Park.
Residences are spacious and bright and offer many high-end finishes and fixtures throughout. High ceilings and bamboo floors add to the elegance of the space. The kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances by Bosch and Electrolux and are finished with stunning white high-gloss lacquered cabinets and quartz granite countertops. Baths are equally well appointed with Italian ceramic tile, Duravit fixtures and Grohe hardware. All units offer individually controlled heating and cooling and washer and dryer units as additional conveniences.
The development at Hamilton Park offers a few amenities with which to tempt the prospective resident. There is a state-of-the-art virtual doorman on staff to accept packages and deliveries, announce guests and admit tenants. The building also has a lovely roof terrace where residents can relax, entertain, or just enjoy stunning Manhattan views.
Few residences in New York are located as conveniently as the Hamilton Park. Harlem is one of New York's most desirable neighborhoods, and with good reason. The area is well known for its rich history and culture as well as its many parks and its vibrant nightlife. There are many nearby options for dining, shopping, entertainment, and transportation.
