The Aspen is a seven-story New York rental building with 232 apartments. It was designed by the famous Costas Kondylis and Magnussun Architecture and Planning. The building is notable for its rooftop pergola and elegant two-tone facades. The Aspen has an elegant lobby finished in limestone and mahogany and offers elevator access.
