Atlas New York

Atlas New York is a multi-use building at 66 West 38th Street. Built in 2002, the building was developed by the Gotham Organization and designed by Schumer, Lichtenstein, Claman and Efron. This postwar high-rise contains 347 apartments on floors 5 through 47. The building also contains 46,000 square feet of office space on floors 2 through 4, as well as 16,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level. The west-facing façade overlooks the Avenue of the Americas and contains two setbacks.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow occupants to enjoy the view, grace each of the apartments. Many units also feature corner windows. Hardwood floors add grace and elegance throughout the living space. Kitchens feature gorgeous wild applewood cabinetry as well as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
