Avant Chelsea

The Avant Chelsea is located on 19th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. The building has twelve floors and contains nineteen units, with an average of only two units per floor. The stunning building was designed by the famed 1100 architects.

Fifteen of the units in the building are bright and spacious two-bedroom homes in a choice of two different layouts. The first layout faces south and offers about 1,200 square feet of space, as well as a master bathroom and a second bathroom off the living area. The second layout plan faces north and offers just under 1,100 square feet of space, with floors six through eight offering private terraces. There are also four penthouses in the building, each containing upwards of 1,600 feet of space and all offer terraces. The units also come with additional private storage space. Fine finishes and fixtures are featured throughout the apartments. All of the homes come equipped with stunning edge-cut bamboo flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchens are fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including such brands as Sub-Zero and Bosch. The kitchens are replete with wine coolers and in-sink garbage disposal. The homes also offer sleek, minimalistic baths with Zuma soaking tubs. The homes are also outfitted with a washer and dryer unit as an added convenience.

The building comes with a few services and amenities with which to tempt the prospective resident. There is the above-mentioned private storage area for each unit, as well as a bicycle storage room. The lobby is attended and there is a full-time superintendent to see to residents’ needs. The on-site, state-of-the-art fitness center has a staff of personal trainers available for one-on-one sessions.
