Carriage House

Architecturally designed by Michael Schmitt and interiorly designed by Gustavo Martinez, the Carriage House Chelsea – 159 West 24th Street is a historic building constructed years before the war. Owing its name to its very own history, Carriage House was initially built as a horse stable. It was then renovated to house some of New York’s very first automobiles. Fast-track to modern times, Carriage House is now a mid-rise residential condominium located in the Chelsea neighborhood.
