Gateway Plaza

Gateway Plaza is located at 375 South End Avenue in Battery Park City. Built in 1983, the building reaches a height of 34 floors and offers 1700 apartments. Developed by the Olnick Organization, the postwar high-rise features Jack Brown as architect.
