The Helux

The Helux is a luxury New York rental located in the Clinton Midtown West neighborhood known as Hell's Kitchen. Developed by Gotham Development, the building was erected in 1998 and features a brick facade with a two-story limestone base and two low setbacks. The postwar high-rise reaches 34 floors high and encompasses 375 apartments, all of which are easily accessible via elevator.
