The Riverhouse

The Riverhouse is a new construction in New York. This building was integrated into the Manhattan skyline in 2007 and boasts a number of state-of-the-art features. The building has achieved LEED Gold sustainability. This means that the building was made using green materials and that each apartment features a number of energy-saving features.

The Riverhouse offers a number of amenities one would expect from a new luxury construction in New York. These include a 24-hour concierge and doorman, on-site parking, valet and a number of on-site communal spaces. The Riverhouse expands on traditional amenities by also offering a fitness center/health club, a yoga studio, a nursery, a pool and a beloved pet spa. The Riverhouse doesn’t stop there. They also provide 24-hour access to an eco-luxury car service.

The location in Manhattan’s Battery Park City offers residents a beautiful view of the Hudson River. Battery Park offers residents a number of sporting areas, as well as beautiful places to just sit and relax on the grass. The Riverhouse’s surrounding area features over 100 restaurants and stores. The marina is also nearby, which means access to a number of water activities in the warmer months.
