Soho North

Soho North is a new development consisting of an eleven-story loft condominium building located at 267 West 124th Street in Harlem. Soho North is a 1910 landmark prewar warehouse that was converted in 2007. The brick facade was painstakingly restored, and a limestone base was added to the first two levels. A penthouse was added to the top of the structure to complete the development. Soho North is recognized as one of the most exclusive and luxurious buildings in Harlem.
