The Villager is a luxury New York rental that combines classic pre-war elements with contemporary conveniences. Built in 1902, the Villager became the famed Charles restaurant in the 1940s and was converted from office space to luxury rentals in 1981. It was completely renovated in 1995. This prewar mid-rise reaches just six floors and contains forty spacious apartments, all of which are easily accessible via elevator.
