Brooklyn Nets guard Deron Williams has bought a $15.8 million Tribeca apartment inside the Merchants House at 35 North Moore Street. Deron also made quite a good deal as the apartment was listed for $1.1 million more. Enough bucks to get a nice renovation/personalization done, even though the apartment already looks nice with its minimalistic, white design.

The 6,800-square-foot, six-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment has enough space to accommodate the whole Brooklyn Nets squad and is predestined for big parties.

Not only is the interior area big, but the exterior area as well, having a whopping 3,000 square feet of space allocated over 2 terraces.

The apartment has a huge master kitchen, a few fireplaces and since one kitchen isn’t enough for everybody, it also has a second serving kitchen. Deron can also enjoy wine from his new climate-controlled wine room. Cheers!

A big home also has a big parking garage and in this case even two parking garage spaces.

The apartment was listed with Douglas Elliman and had been on the market for almost a year with an initial asking price of $20 million.
