Broadway's beloved musical director and producer Harold Prince (82), who has won 21 Tony Awards in his 60 year career, has listed another of his properties in Manhattan. This time for $21 million. He seems to have two gifts, that of bringing theater goers wonderful entertainment, as well as turning over luxury pads. No less than 7 in the past 10 years.

This time it's a townhouse at 48 East 74th Street on the Upper East Side. Both he and his darling wife Judy are hoping to make a kill on this one. They purchased it for just $12.5 million in 2009. If it goes for the ask, that means a cool $8.5 million in profit in just 4 years! The townhouse boasts 6,260 square feet of space on six floors and a basement in a neo-Georgian, 20 foot wide townhouse between Madison and Park Avenues. What a lovely tree-lined, street location.

Space and light are everywhere since there is a 5 story atrium skylight. On the top floor is a terrace and a studio. There are 4 bedrooms, the master suite comprises the entire fifth floor and they all have en-suite baths. A chef's dream kitchen with two complete stainless, built-in stove/oven combos, a preparation island and of course, a beautiful breakfast area looking out on the lush garden is on the ground level. The living room, just up the curving staircase, is double height and one wall completely made of glass. There is so much to offer, that only with a visit, could one take it all in. Breathtaking!
