40 Park Avenue is a 19 story building, first erected in 1940, but converted in 2008. The luxury mid-rise building offers luxury apartment laden in features and amenities. The beige-brick building features had been designed by famed designer, Emery Roth. Roth is responsible for a number of the buildings in the Park Avenue, Murry Hill area.
40 Park Avenue features a canopied front entrance. Above that eyes are going to find an articulated façade laden in balconies and a number of setback terraces.
