No doubt to get away from all his fans and the paparazzi. He likes his seclusion. Some say he'll move to Westchester or Connecticut. Mercifully, he won’t go into “Oblivion” as in the title of his upcoming new film due out this spring.

Tatum O’Neal, who in 1974 became the youngest person to ever receive a highly coveted Academy Award for her role in “Paper Moon”, has finally sold her apartment near Chinatown. 

Miss O’Neal while trying to sell, had previously offered it as a rental at a price ranging from $6,000 to $7,000. However, there were no takers, perhaps, because of the notoriety caused by her unfortunate arrest. Sincerely hope she has overcome.

The super, white-themed, luxury apartment had been on the market for 9 months and went temporarily off the market in December. It must have stung Karl to give the apartment away for a whopping $2.25 million less than he paid for it in 2006. The reason for the poor interest in the apartment is probably the high maintenance costs.
